History

The firm Adash, Ltd., was founded in 1991. It is a private enterprise, which was established by its two owners in the very beginning. There is no foreign capital in our firm. Our main and the only business subject is technical diagnostics and mostly vibration diagnostics. In the beginning of the work of our firm there prevailed especially the realisation of software projects. Since 1994 there has become an independent development of measuring analysers. Recently we have been producing complete product lines of measuring devices and software products. In our firm we have got our own development department, which puts into production several new products every year.

Adash measurement devices
	We produce about 50 types of vibration measurement devices in various modifications from portable to multichannel on-line systems.

Development, production…

We produce a wide assortment of vibration measurement devices that are the result of our own development. We are able to adjust the measurement functions of our devices even to your untypical requirements. Create your own design of a vibration analysis device that would for example take into consideration your old confirmed experience. All our products come through exacting tests before the mass production approvals, and before despatching it to the customer, every device is smoke tested under violent conditions.

Software

We have developed many software products of the vibration measurement data archiving and evaluating, out of which the most important is the database system DDS. This represents such extensive system that it is able to provide the control of the vibration diagnostics even in the largest plants. The network operation and the exchange of data with other information systems of the plant are obvious. As for our further applications, there is a very successful program PTK for machine deflection shape measurement.

Services and training

We perform all vibration measurement and data evaluation for diagnostics and testing purposes at our customers. Our specialists can help you both with simple expertise (bearings, balancing, etc.) and with the application of more complex methods. We provide a consultancy to the evaluation of vibration whereas still more we use the Internet for the data transfer of the measures to us and back to the customer. We organise a regular training that concerns our products as well as common procedures of vibration evaluating. Within the technical diagnostics association of the Czech Republic we are the pilot training and certification centre.

Accessories
	We carefully choose the world producers of vibration sensors, cables, tacho probes, stroboscopes etc. to be able ensure the quality of your measurement from the first input to the final evaluation in cooperation with our own measurement devices.

Customers
	Our main customers come especially from the branch of energetic. Our systems have been working for many years in e.g. Dukovany nuclear power station. Ironworks, rolling mills, food industry and engineering belong to our frequent customers. In 1997 we established our first subsidiary office in Great Britain. Now we are building a site of local agents in the whole world.

Exhibitions and the promotion of the company
	We regularly take part in major engineering fairs as well as specialised home and abroad exhibitions. As for our non-production activities, we also support youth sports (a fencing club TJ Baník Ostrava and a basketball team TJ Hladnov Ostrava).
